Opportunities are a knockin'.....

Hi all!

I know it's been very quiet around here. Sorry! I have been a bit busy with projects and deadlines. Hopefully by the end of the week I will have some eye candy to share but for now I'll indulge you (and especially me) with some great news and shares........


this digital layout was featured in the BH sketch column inside Creating Keepsakes for the month of September.


I love this layout. It shows the fun, girly relationship I have with Maddie. We both love pedicures! This one is included in the October Page Maps.

and finally a WONDERFUL, AWESOME, FANTASTIC, AMAZING, UNBELIEVALBE........ can you see how excited I am with this great news......

anyways, I got a surprising email from Nicole and Teri of Upsy Daisy. It so happens that they have an open spot in their design team and they wanted to know if I can take that spot.

What did I say?...........HECK YA!!!!

I've just been waiting for three years for this opportunity!!! Yes I've been applying to be a part of their DT for 3 years!

This is a great example of the old phrase "try and try until you succeed"

So to all my friends that are trying to get into design teams and publications, I say..... try and try and try and try and try! You never know when that door of opportunity comes knockin.
