Be Inspired #18

I've come to be so addicted to the Cuttlebug blog. Their design team are so talented and I love that they inspire me to bust out my cuttlebug machine more. For this week's challenge, it was to make a shaped card.

Now I'm not a great card maker. I'm always stumped with how to make this tiny thing all pretty and nice. But here's my try...

My friend card

I used the cuttlebug bloom dots embossed folder for my background.


An "aerial" view of my card. LOL. The butterfly was cut from the home decor cricut cartridge. Made it "fly" by adding pop up dots.


The half frame and sentiment was also cut from the cricut. Used scraps of pattern paper here plus a ric rac.
